Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy We’re honored to care for your home. To ensure a smooth experience for every client, please review our booking policies below. Scheduling & Confirmation All services must be scheduled in advance through our website or direct communication. Appointments are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or written approval from NWA Bee Organic. Seasonal and Monthly Package clients will have appointments scheduled in advance for the year. Payment Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For recurring services, we may keep a payment method securely on file. Services may be paused or canceled if payment is declined. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans change. • We kindly request at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service. Repeated rescheduling may affect eligibility for recurring package pricing. Access Requirements To ensure efficient service, clients must: • Provide safe and accessible entry • Secure pets • Ensure water and electricity are functioning • Remove personal clutter from areas to be cleaned If we are unable to access the property or safely perform services, a service fee may apply. Condition-Based Adjustments If the condition of the home requires significantly more time than anticipated, we will communicate any pricing adjustments before proceeding whenever possible. Satisfaction Commitment If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours so we may address concerns promptly. Our Commitment We show up on time, prepared, and ready to provide detailed, organic-focused deep cleaning with professionalism and care. In return, we ask for clear communication and respect for scheduled service times.
